Job Description:
As a Senior Building Surveyor you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality surveying services to our clients in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for a diverse range of projects, from commercial and residential properties to public infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting building surveys, inspections, and assessments.
2. Preparing detailed reports and analyses for clients.
3. Advising clients on property-related matters, including maintenance, refurbishment, and construction.
4. Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
5. Leading and mentoring junior surveying staff.
6. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Surveyor.
2. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques.
3. Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
4. Proficiency in surveying software and other relevant tools.
5. Proven project management abilities.
6. Membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g., RICS) is desirable.
