Associate Director - Architecture

This exciting young, innovative, international practice is looking to hire an Associate Director level architect.
The role involves facilitating and leading a motivated group of multi-talented architects and designers working on projects across the UK and overseas. The practice has a healthy amount of international work in the pipeline and is winning awards for recent built work in the UK.
To be considered for this position, you need to be a qualified architect with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design excellence and delivery experience. Possible sectors include master planning, residential, transport, commercial, or mixed use.
The role may require national and international travel to service and build client relationships. There is also an opportunity to be involved in winning work, networking, and presenting.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and design excellence.
Work across several projects and teams concurrently.
Champion design and drive quality across the practice.
Client engagement, responsibilities for leading design charettes and presentations.
Skills and Experience:
Fully qualified architect with Part III.
Experience designing cutting-edge global schemes.
Servicing demanding clients, understanding their needs, and leading the design response.
Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team.
