Title: Associate Dentist - South East, Flexible Working Hours
Location: Hampshire
Salary: Up to £200,000 (£14 UDA Rate, negotiable) + Signing Bonus

A great opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic & driven Associate Dentist to join a well established Independent Dental practice group on the South Coast.
The Company:
With over 30 practices in the South & South East of England, our client prides themselves on offering a full range of NHS and Private services including traditional family dentistry, children's dentistry, and a full range of cosmetic dentistry procedures. This is an ideal opportunity for an Associate Dentist looking to broaden their skill set with lots of different types of patients and treatments and ramp up their earning potential with a negotiable UDA target, UDA rate and compensation package.
You will be joining an experienced and welcoming team of 2 Dentists, 2 Dental Nurses, a Dental Therapist, and experienced Practice Manager
The Role:
Ideally you will be looking for a full time position with a mix of shifts, 8-2, 2-8, 8-8 shifts Monday to Sunday, however, our client is in a fortunate enough position to be flexible and offer a part time rota to suit your needs. 6000 - 7000 UDAs plus a solid NHS/Private split.
About You:
You will have experience of both NHS and Private Client dentistry, have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, Strong teamwork ethic with an enthusiastic attitude and passion for continuous learning and development.
You must have GDC registration, NHS performer number and and have experience of providing NHS and Private Dental Treatment for the associate positions.
