Title: Associate Dentist - South East
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £200,000 (including £14 UDA Rate, negotiable) + Signing Bonus
A great opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic & driven Associate Dentist to join a well established Independent Dental practice group in a beautiful market town in the Cotswolds.
The Company:
With over 30 practices in the South & South East of England, our client prides themselves on offering a full range of NHS and Private services including traditional family dentistry, children's dentistry, and a full range of cosmetic dentistry procedures. This is an ideal opportunity for an Associate Dentist looking to broaden their skill set with lots of different types of patients and treatments and ramp up their earning potential with a negotiable UDA target, UDA rate and compensation package.
You will be working in their state of the art, practice with equipment including Digital X Rays, Rotary Endo, Apex Locator, Intra oral cameras, OPG machine & CBCT scanner.
You will be joining an experienced and welcoming team of 5 Dentists, 6 Qualified Nurses, a Dental hygienist 5 days a week and visiting dental specialists with interests including implants, Invisalign and Endodontics.
The Role:
Ideally you will be looking for a full time position with a mix of shifts, 8-2, 2-8, 8-8 shifts Monday to Saturday, however, our client is in a fortunate enough position to be flexible and offer a part time rota to suit your needs. There are over 6,000 UDAs available and a solid NHS/Private split
Our client actively supports and encourages CPD so you must have a willingness and drive to develop.
About You:
Our client is looking for a candidate ideally with 2 years post graduation experience however they are somewhat flexible on this. You will have experience of both NHS and Private Client dentistry, have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, Strong teamwork ethic with an enthusiastic attitude and passion for continuous learning and development.
You must have GDC registration, NHS performer number and Full Clear DBS.
