Role Introduction
Reporting to the Lead Operations Analyst the Associate Data Analyst will be working as a key member of the Finance team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the analysis of existing business data through various data sources, as well as providing assistance and support to the Sales Account Management team.
Please note: This is a hybrid role & based in our York office 2-3 days per week.
What You Will Do
Assist with analysis of existing business data from multiple sources within the company.
Assist with supporting the Sales Account Management team by gathering data to address customer queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Assist with Salesforce administration to support the Sales Account Managers in managing customer data and sales activities.
Perform general administration tasks within the team, including raising Purchase Orders and reviewing vendor invoices
What You Will Have
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Some experience in data analysis and interpretation would be beneficial
Experience with Salesforce administration is highly desirable but not essential
Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and interpret data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
