Job Description
We are looking to recruit an Associate Client Finance Analyst (Assistant Accountant) to work within our Client Finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and progressive team and will give the right person high interaction with our Client Services teams to ensure Revenue is recorded and forecasted accurately.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified/part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong commercial and financial background who can confidently communicate with various stakeholders. It would be great if you can bring proven experience within a similar role. It is essential that you are a self-motivated individual with strong excel skills who takes pride in your work. You will be an individual who pays great attention to detail, can provide accurate and timely management information and provide a commercial insight and guidance on financial aspects which are consistent with group expectations.
What are some of the role responsibilites?
• Regular review & analysis of aligned agency’s financial performance.
• Monthly tracking meetings with Client Service teams to review project financial performance including but not limited to: time over fee, external over budget, time % vs complete, invoicing & account level recovery, forecast and time over fee.
• Provide monthly standardised KPI reports.
• With guidance from Senior Finance members create ad hoc reporting to the agencies & Head of Client Finance to aid financial monitoring and insights into agency financial performance.
• Regular review of agencies projects to ensure in line with guidelines.
• Preparation of accurate monthly management information, providing commentary of KPIs & ad hoc reporting for Head of Client Finance.
• Provide regular updates to Head of Client Finance on agency performance and any other issues that arise.
• In partnership with Client Service teams and guidance from Senior Client Finance team members deliver training to ensure all members have full understanding of financial practices, processes and auditing requirements.
