Associate Building Surveyor

You will work for one of the UK's largest commercial property management specialist. Their portfolio is worth over £20 billion and they work with both the private and public sector, as well as developing oversees investors. They have multiple offices across the UK, and are continuing to grow.

You will work as an Associate Building Surveyor based in their Manchester office where you will work with professional services such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence, condition surveys, as well as project work and contract administration.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £65000, as well as car allowance, healthcare and discretionary bonus
