A well-known property and building consultancy are looking to enhance their Birmingham team with a new Associate Building Surveyor.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor, will join an experienced Building Consultancy team, engaging in a diverse range of roles encompassing both project and professional services.

The Associate Building Surveyor will be responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships, as well as supporting the team on various Building Surveying instructions.

This position offers a dedicated Associate Building Surveyor the opportunity to become an integral part of a leading consultancy within the construction industry, providing extensive opportunities for professional growth and development.

The Associate Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified
• Commercial property experience, ideally within a similar consultancy environment
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• A proactive, practical, and positive approach
