Associate Building Surveyor

Position - Associate Building Surveyor Location - London Salary - Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance - Bonus An opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to join a leading Building Consultancy department in London. The team deals with a range of investor clients amongst a range of market leading clients.The successful candidate will join a busy office and be working alongside other internal departments such as Investment, Agency, Managed Services, Valuations, Lease Advisory, Planning and Rating, to provide holistic, commercial advice to our clients.We are looking for an outward-looking, 'all-rounder' Associate Building Surveyor with a sense of 'team spirit' and an ambition to deliver excellence.What this job involvesProviding the coordination and delivery of large portfolios of Reinstatement Cost AssessmentsUndertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reportsPreparing specifications for, and administering, repair and refurbishment contractsPreparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations/preparing exit strategiesPreparing planned preventative maintenance plansUndertaking building reinstatement cost assessmentsAssisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably requiredMaking sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and offering a professional and excellent client service at all timesSome travel will be required in this roleThis role will also involve business development and direct client contact at a senior level.Sound like you?
