We have been fortunate to support this business for many years and have seen those that add value and shoulder responsibility progress into a shareholding position.About the roleThe Directors of the London Building Surveying team are looking for a team leading, chartered building surveyor, someone who can deputize for them and manage and motivate a successful team. Their workload is nicely diverse, by sector and service, so if you are looking for the ability to deliver project and professional duties or indeed specialise this is the role for you.About youYou must be a driven and ambitious chartered building surveyor, who has relevant experience within the aforementioned sectors. It is essential you have gained your chartership through MRICS or a similar professional body. You will possess the necessary skills to advise and mentor the graduates within your team and be competent within a client-facing role.
