A leading Building Consultancy company with a work hard play hard mentality, are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager to work on multiple projects in and around Bristol. They have a rapidly expanding portfolio, and looking for someone to further strengthen the Team and Business.
The Successful Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will be:

• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will be performing contract administration within varied sectors
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will be able to monitor multiple projects at once
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will be able to perform general building surveying duties
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will be able to provide technical due diligence
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will benefit from a salary from �60K + Package + Bonus

The successful Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager would have:

• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager must come from a consultancy background
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will have a degree in building surveying
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will have MRICS with a minimum 4 years PQE
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will ideally have worked on the system 'Core'
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will have a strong commercial knowledge
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will be able to meet fee targets and generate new business
• Associate Building Surveyor/ Project manager will be a commutable distance of Bristol
