Associate Architect

A global design practice are looking for an Associate Architect to join their London team. You will need to be AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accredited for this role.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in business development and work winning, studio leadership and management, project leadership at concept and delivery stages, working collaboratively with clients and consultants, and leading enthusiastic and talented teams within the studio. We are keen to talk to architects with excellent design and presentation skills as well as enthusiasm for high quality work, and with experience in working with historic and listed buildings.
Responsibilities:
Lead design and delivery across multiple projects of conservation status
Be involved in work winning and business development
Initiate strong design ideas and join a collaborative design process
Experience:
At least 10 years’ post-part III experience
AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation is essential
Experience in project delivery and management
Have excellent design, technical and conservation skills and experience
Have a strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning regulations
Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
Demonstrate good client-facing communication skills
Experience with NEC4 contracts.
Be experienced in Revit
Be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
