Position: Associate Architect
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
* Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local communities.
* Ensure the design process is rigorous and aligns with our strong design ethos.
* Oversee the development of innovative and aesthetically compelling designs.
* Engage with the public realm aspect of projects to create spaces that bring people together.
* Mentor and support junior architects and design staff.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of residential, mixed-use, masterplan, and public realm projects.
* Excellent design and technical skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve design challenges.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
* Relevant architectural qualifications and registration.
