Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- Salesforce Delivery Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to join our team. As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer success, to drive the delivery process and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
· Working closely with the Management teams and key stakeholders.
· Managing/running multiple scrums and projects.
· Creating and implementing best practices policies, standards, and frameworks.
· Run scrum cadences working with multiples teams across the globe.
· Ensure coordination between cross functional teams for timely delivery.
· Estimate the project and delivery timelines.
· Identify, monitor, and process tasks through discussion with teams raising red flags.
· Ability to detect any delay in delivery and to take the required action
· Conduct regular meetings with team leaders and follow up on project status.
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced start up like culture
· Streamline the team’s overall performance and delivery.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
· Graduate from any stream and Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
· Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill.
· Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum, Waterfall
· Must have experience of running Sprints and tracking through tool
. Must be having a Scrum Master certification.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Salesforce certifications is a plus.
· Relevant years of progressive career in IT.
· Should have ability to influence without authority.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Self-driven and passion for technology
· Ability to work cross-functionally, in a fast-paced work environment.
· Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms.
· Able to work with non-collocated team members.
