To develop a departmental product strategy and to translate this into plans which maximise retail sales, reported sales and profit across all International selling channels and routes to market (e.g. order-based markets, marketplaces, online D2C) and aligns to the strategy Accountable for the delivery of key targets for your product area e.g. fulfilment at final intake, sales, and op profit Identify product requirements for your product area that satisfies partner requirements to maximise in-market sales (e.g. global range extensions, local sourcing) and ensure the Global range is delivered right first time as part of range reviews meeting garment compliance requirements. To promote an International mindset and be a catalyst in your product area, ensuring it is fully integrated with, and treated as a priority by, the global buying teams and that the needs of customers and partners are fulfilled. Plan the product level forward sales for International online sales fulfilled through the UK stock pot Drive International volume orders to assist with Clothing & Home price negotiation which drives value back into UK Accountable for ensuring stock arrives on time and is dispatched to International inline with agreed business rules e.g. via UK first, via off-shore Hub through 2nd production hit Re-forecast forward sales, retail and reported, across all channels and partners, ensuring appropriate controls in place for UK fulfilled International online stock to prevent stock risk in UK for your product area Who you are Highly numerical with analytical and strong interpretive skills. Strong communicative, influencing, and organisational skills with the ability to initiate and build strong relationships across the business, franchisees, International colleagues, and suppliers. Strong production / capacity planning abilities, including critical path creation and delivery. Ability to understand performance, key metrics and how to use such data to maximise sales and deliver growth in future seasons in their area. We're an in-person business and have core collaboration days in our Support Centre each week. For most teams, this is 3 working days where we come together to collaborate, innovate, and serve our customers brilliantly.
