Through continued growth they are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual who wants to grow internally as it is a fast-paced environment.On offer:• 30-38k Salary (DOE)• Working hours are Monday to Friday onsite.• 3% Pension contributions.• 28 days holidays inclusive of bank holidays.The role:As an Assistant Technical Manager, you will be required to work with departments in the business along with suppliers and customers. You will assist with thorough inspections and audits to ensure the adherence to food safety standards. You will complete specifications and all technical documentation to meet customer requirements. As well as working with customers the Assistant Technical Manager will also maintain, develop and implement all sections of Quality Assurance, Quality Management and HACCP systems to produce legal and safe products to the specified quality while continuing to retain BRC Higher Level accreditation every year.The candidate:• Educated at Degree in Food Science or Technology or equivalent experience• Experience in specification writing and using spec systems• Trained to Higher standard in Food Hygiene and HACCP• Be a thorough and analytical individual• Retailer Specification and data base handling experienceIf you think this is the role for you, please apply along with an up to date CV or for more information please contact Marianna on 0131 370 9191/ 07498987309 or email
