Assistant Store Manager

Do you have a passion for fashion and experience in a customer facing role? It's an exciting time right now in retail at the BHF and we’re looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our store team in Cleveleys.About the role:Leading by example and confident working within a fast-paced retail environment, our Assistant Store Managers contribute towards the success of their stores by:Ensuring highest standard of customer serviceAchieving targets and maximising saleMaintaining a high standard of visual merchandisingMaximising multi-channel and online salesSupporting the store manager to actively recruit volunteersAchieving expectations within campaign activitiesWorking with the manager to generate stockThis position is for 28 hours and includes some weekend working on a rota basis.About you:We’re looking for someone who has the innovation and commercial awareness to encourage new ideas, creating an enjoyable working environment for colleagues by motivating, supporting and training the team to perform to their greatest potential. Comfortable using MS Office and various POS systems, you will have experience in a customer facing role either in retail, hospitality or service industries.Why join the BHF?We have a strong culture of internal progression and will actively support you to develop your career.Our generous staff benefits include:38 days annual leave25% staff discountHealth cash planPension with employer contribution up to 10%Life assuranceDiscount options for gym membershipDiscounts with a range of retailers
