ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
OR
SENIOR SUPERVISOR
who ideally comes from
Luxury fine jewellery /watches OR Luxury fashion / hospitality
background.
An exciting time to join our client who is an international heritage brand that have honed their craft for over 130 years. Specialising in luxury fine watches & jewellery and due to growth, are expanding their UK footprint.
The focus for the Assistant Manager is to support the Boutique Manager and lead, motivate, develop, and drive the sales team to success.
The Role:
to the Boutique Manager and responsible for 2 Supervisors and 15-20 sales Consultants
aware and driven – able to use initiative and drive solutions
exceptional clientelling services,
all targets and KPI’s
managing, training and developing the team
Leading and motivating a dedicated sales team
stores operations, administration,
networking / events to help promote the store
to detail with store and team presentation
with head office
security conscious
Ideal candidate:
2yrs experience as a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager ideally from a luxury fine watches /jewellery or fashion / hospitality background
and knowledge of luxury Watches & Fine Jewellery is ideal
to demonstrate success at selling and mentoring/ coaching a team of 15+ staff
driven and determined to succeed
and commercial about people management - lead, motivate, develop and drive the team to success
can-do attitude - able to build positive relationships
with an excellent command of English both written and spoken any additional languages would be desirable but not essential
and well-groomed in appearance.
to attend after work networking events to promote the store and build relationships with B2B and B2C
Additional to the basic salary is : Uncapped Commission, 25% bonus, wellbeing benefits, pension, discount
