Today, Agent Provocateur is an iconic global brand, known for our provocative attitude, exceptional design, exquisite fabrics and our playfulness.Our retail Management team remain inspired by our roots and revel in pushing the boundaries of ordinary while delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients.We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to work in our Broadwick Street, London boutique on a permanent, full-time basis.As an Assistant Store Manager you will play a key role in assisting the Store Manager in leading, developing and inspiring a team of Sales Associates in delivering outstanding one-on-one luxury customer service.As a Broadwick Street Assistant Store Manager, you will:Have a minimum of 2 years of Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager experience within a premium/luxury retailer (essential)Have previous experience in driving performance to achieve and exceed sales targetsHave previous experience in managing stock control and loss prevention within a premium/luxury retail environmentHave previous experience in managing employee performance through effective goal/target setting, monitoring progress and providing constructive feedbackEnsure luxury standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation are maintained within the boutiqueBe responsible for the smooth operational running of our Harrods concessionHave a real passion for lingerie and great inter-personal and communication skills
