Assistant Store Manager | Piccadilly
Full time | £30,000 + bonus
Come and join Cotswold Outdoor & Runners Need, part of the Outdoor & Cycle Concepts group, who are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Piccadilly.
You’ll be a key partner to the Store Manager, creating a seamless experience for all customers whilst combining your love for the outdoors with your drive, enthusiasm and leadership skills!
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with core operational processes relating to inventory and stock, audits, and banking
Being a role model to inspire the team to deliver a premium level of customer service
Creating a premium and inclusive shopping experience by connecting with customers to understand their specific needs and wants
Leading and motivating the store team in the Store Manager’s absence
Working closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of presentation across the store and implementing seasonal campaigns and promotions
You'll really fit in if you have:
Experience managing and coaching a team to achieve group objectives
A customer-first approach with experience in supporting customers find the perfect product for their adventures
An understanding of how a store operates, including: compliance, processes, and visual merchandising
A one team mentality to consistently contribute to the development and improvement of your store and team
