This role will support our Senior Stock Controller in all facets of the department. You will work closely with our sales team and various internal departments to assist in providing a smooth end-to-end pre-delivery process for our customers.This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am -5.00pm.Overtime may be required to assist with end of month responsibilitiesAbout the role:Assist with achievement of new and used vehicle monthly salesRaise orders for preparation of new and used car ordersOrganise vehicle freight to dealershipVehicle registrationVehicle coordination, preparation, delivery and trackingBringing vehicles into stock and allocating new vehicle stockCoordinate accessories and fitting with the Pre-Delivery DepartmentWho are youKnowledge of motor dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry highly regardedExcellent time management and administration skills - you pride yourself on having a keen eye for the finer detailsProfessional verbal, written and phone communication skillsYou are punctual and reliableAble to take direction and follow processAbility to engage effectively with multiple departments and stakeholdersPlease note – All employees must successfully complete a National Police Check prior to commencementIn return, you can enjoy some of the best working conditions in the industry including:State of the art, modern working environmentWorking as part of a strong, supportive team cultureAdditional employment benefits after 5 years of serviceA paid additional day off on your birthdayMax Kirwan Mazda is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
