Assistant Site Manger Required!RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manger to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.Duration: Full TimeStart Date: immediatePay Rate: £40000.00 - £45000.00 Per Year - paid weekly!Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.**We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!**Job Roles:Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed.Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met.Manage/Supervise on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers.Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks.Procuring materials, labour, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers.Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.Reporting to other senior project managers as required.Requirements:Valid SMSTS/SSSTS and a valid CSCS CardFirst Aid is requiredPrevious experience within a similar roleIf you would like more information regarding this role please call our office on 01626 572510 or click below to apply.REF:NB
