Job Title: Assistant Site Manager



Location:�Chichester



Salary: �45,000 - �50,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our dynamic team.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee and manage 1st and 2nd fix activities on site.

  • Ensure all handovers are completed to the highest standard.

  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution of work.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets the specified standards.

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and resources.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of site activities and progress.

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.



Requirements:




  • Previous experience in building care homes is essential.

  • Proven track record of managing 1st and 2nd fix operations.

  • Strong understanding of traditional build methods.

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
