My client is a well-established housing developer who is based in the North-West area. They have established a reputation for excellent quality and outstanding customer service, resulting in them becoming one of the most trusted brands in the North West.
Due to a large increase in workload, they have an immediate start for an experienced Assistant Site Manager/Finishing Foreman for about 16 weeks work.
The Role
As the Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manger your main duties will be to manage the finishing aspects of the houses, snagging, organising sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.
07.30 – 16.30 = 9 Paid Per Day / Saturdays 07.30 – 13.00 = 9 Hour Paid
Work alongside Site Manager & Site Team
Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion
Prepare necessary snag lists
Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors
Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards (EQS)
