Permanent opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated Assistant Site Manager in South England. Fawkes and Reece are working with a leading main contractor seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work on a residential, commercial, health care, heritage, leisure and education projects around South England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a main contractor where you will gain both knowledge and experience from Project Managers and Directors. The client is seeking a candidate they can invest in, in order to assist your training and growth for you to have a head start in your construction career.

This principal contractor have been operating throughout London, home counties and South England for over a century. They have a steady turnover of �50million on projects that range between �1million - �20million. The company is excellent for staff retention and offer clear career progression. They have a busy quarter ahead and are looking to recruit a keen Assistant to aid in their daily site activities.

The ideal Assistant Site Manager will have 2 years of experience on site working with a main contractor or developer. Ideally, you will be degree educated, have strong procedural experience, prior experience of working on a new build site and be ambitious and hardworking.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a variety of differing projects to broaden your personal experience as this client works on a new build and refurbishment industrial, residential, commercial and education projects.
