Assistant Site Manager

I am currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join an exisiting site for a high volume developer on their site in Alton.

This site is fairly new so will be looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join in the next 3 months.

The site consists of around 140 traditional build units , with a mixture of houses and apartments. They build both Housing Association and Private housing.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager as they have alot of work coming up on the south coast later on this year.

Assistant Site Manager Experience & Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS


• �Housing experience minimum 2 years


• CSCS Card


• First Aid


• Knowledge of varied trades


• An excellent understanding of Health and Safety


• Full Clean Driving License
