Assistant Site Manager

Knightwood Associates are currently working alongside a 5* housebuilder who is in the market for an experienced Assistant Site Manager based on a project in Hertfordshire.
The opportunity would be working alongside a Site Manager on a traditional build development consisting of 121 units. The successful candidate will be responsible from managing the build 1st fix through to completion.
This role would suit an Assistant who has been working confidently in the role for a number of years and would be ready to take the next step into a fully fledged Site Manager within the next 12 months.
Candidates must have worked for a UK based residential developer or main contractor for a significant amount of time previously and have proven experience managing internals.
