An award winning, established, and intimate Prime Residential Main Contractor based in London are seeking an Assistant Site manager for a project in Buckinghamshire. 

They’re super flexible on previous experience, whether that’s from a consultancy, architectural or trades background. The main desire is to find an individual with a desire to get into the Super Prime world with a renowned Main Contractor. 

If you’re an individual with 1 or 2 years Site Experience this could be for you.

The Assistant Site manager role

The Assistant Site manager will be site based and benefit from having 2x Site Manager’s and a Project Manager on the job with you too – Ideally you will have keen eye for detail and any exposure to Prime / High End residential is beneficial, although certainly not necessary. 

There will be a elements to this role – admin, logistics, helping site managers and project delivery. 

The Assistant Site Manager will be helping to ensure the effective management of a £30 million new build + refurbishment in Buckinghamshire. 

After this initial project you will progress to another project either as an assistant or there is the possibility to move up to a Site Management position (18-month timeline).

The Company

You will join a company with an incredibly friendly attitude to construction – contract disputes are taken legally as a last resort NOT a first time knee jerk. A rarity at this level of construction.

They have extensive experience in Super Prime and are in multiple press publications for their previous projects which have achieved some of the highest sale prices for residential projects in London. 

Projects are entirely focused on one off Prime / High-End Residential New builds and Refurbishments.

The company currently has a 3 year pipeline of works secured.

The Person

The Assistant Site Manager will have 

• A desire to work for a Main Contractor    
• Long term progression / longevity 
• A keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes
• Excellent administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
• A valid driving licence
