We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a 5*, national house builder who hold an excellent reputation in the industry. This opportunity will be based on a brand new site in cambridgeshire consisting of 160 units.
Duties will include-

• Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
• Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image

Suitable candidates will have experience in the above an would've previously worked for an established housebuilder. Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
