We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a regional contractor, working as part of the site team to deliver both refurbishment and new build schemes across Cornwall.

Joining an experienced operations teams, you will assist with the running of a busy site; managing trades, site inductions, toolbox talks, influence on site health and safety, and ensure the projects are on track, sometimes having to deputise for the Site Manager.

To be considered for this role you will need to have

• SMSTS, CSCS and FAW


• Experience at a similar level, refurbishment experience will be advantageous


• Knowledge of the local supply chain


• Trade or HNC qualified will be preferred


• Longevity with previous employers


• Full driving license
