They offer a boutique and niche approach to clients working on a range of commercial fit out schemes.The business was established in 2019, has 6 Directors and currently employs over 40 members of staff. The business has steadily grown over the last three years and specialises in CAT A & B fit out, specialised works and furniture.They pride themselves on being a fresh and exciting business and were borne out of a desire to underpin true transparency in the construction and fit out industry. Assistant Site Manager/ Trainee Site ManagerWe currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager/ Trainee Site Manager for a project located in city centre of Manchester. The successful individual will be site based and ideally have fit out experience. Scope of works: Cat A, Cat B and Minor S & C mods for Commercial Offices. Value of the project is around £9m.Duties/responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: Being the representative for daily site operations Managing progress and all daily operational activity including operatives and sub-contractors. Organising and co-ordinating site resources. Liaison with the Client Review of ongoing works with a view to highlight potential defects Assist with the preparation of O&M’s Lead daily Start Up meetings Run toolbox talks meetings Manage the snagging/defects process
