DEBRA is recruiting for a friendly, approachable, and customer-orientated CharityRetail Assistant Shop Manager to join our friendly, supportive team including volunteers based at our NEW store in Lightwater, Surrey.
Our new Retail Assistant Shop Managerwill join us on a Part Time, Permanentbasis, working a contract of21hoursper week, earning a salary of £13005.72annum.
About DEBRA
We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.
What we are looking for in our Charity Retail Assistant Shop Manager:
You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service and retail administration skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our NEW Store in Lightwater, Surrey.
Your Key Responsibilities in the role of CharityRetail Assistant Shop Manager:
Supervise and manage both paid employees and volunteers
Use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promoting commercial success
Use your expert selling skills to assist the Shop Manager in maximising profit and hitting agreed targets and budgets
Processing and generating stock
Delivering excellent Customer Service
