Assistant Shop Manager - Friends of the Animals

Assistant Shop Manager Duties to include:
To raise funds by maximising the potential of all the donations and goods received at the aforementioned shop. This includes the planning and implementing of sales promotions, to achieve targets. To constantly recruit, train, develop, enthuse and supervise shop volunteers and to ensure they work safely and wear a fuchsia pink Charity T Shirt and badge, at all times. To effectively manage the cleaning, sorting, pricing and display of donated goods and adopt a motivated, hands-on approach to ensure the shop is kept clean and runs smoothly. To arrange tip runs to dispose of unsaleable items.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be a "People Person".
Retail experience preferred.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD CHARITY APPLICATION AND COMPLETE. Then send in to the Charity. Hours 9-45am to 4-45pm 5 days a week to include most Saturdays May consider work share. Shop is very busy and this is a physical job.
