As
Assistant Sales Manager and Trainee Valuer
, you'll be supported by a dedicated, established and hardworking team who value collaboration and excellence.
Handle day-to-day sales related enquiries, manage sales from application through to completion.
Manage the instruction process, seller contact, offer handling, sales chasing, withdrawals and fall throughs.
Be responsible for bringing new properties to market.
Provide expert valuation, property preparation and marketing advice for prospective sellers or landlords.
Prepare descriptive content for marketing material.
Manage office supplies, place orders and monitor invoices to ensure they are correct.
Previous estate agency or relevant experience within the industry
An interest in property and the willingness to develop additional skills to enhance both personal growth and that of the business.
Comprehensive understanding of the valuation and sales processes along with relevant compliance
Annual salary alongside uncapped performance related bonus schemes (negotiable DOE)
~ Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm
~1 in 3 Saturdays
