The Assistant Restaurant Manager Role
2 years experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager role in a high-quality and fast paced Restaurant
Help to train and develop new team members
Cashing up and end of day reporting
Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team within it
Managing and exceeding guest expectations
Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings
Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
Strong command of English language
Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
