We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will assist with the running organisation, training and leadership of our lovely Rooftop, neighbourhood restaurant, Rucola.
This role will support the Restaurant Manager and will develop a close working relationship with Culinary, Bar Operations and all teams within the Conduit.
You will offer a warm, friendly and hospitable welcome to all, whether Member or guest. You will be confident leading the the team, and helping them to develop by sharing your knowledge and experience with them.

Confidently manage service, and adapt to business needs
Help to develop and train our enthusiastic teams with confidence in service, food and wine knowledge.
Lead by example in all that you do
Have an interest or some knowledge of wines, including pairings, and low intervention, organic and biodynamic wines - we have a cellar with over 100 bins!
Assist with the recruitment and on- going training
Experience of Harri and team live would be extremely helpful, as this is how we monitor payroll, build our rota's and manage holidays and absence.
Hold Food safety level 2
previous knowledge of Seven rooms would also be helpful.
