Assistant Restaurant Manager

C&N Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an assistant restaurant manager for our client based near Tring. This newly refurbished pub/ restaurant is looking for a assistant restaurant manager that can offer an exceptional service. The restaurant has forty-five covers, the kitchen creates home cooked, fresh food. The bar serves fine wines, cocktails and local beers.
The role:
Hire and retain front of house staff.
Build team rotas and manage daily service.
Lead by example and develop the front of house team.
Maintain stock levels and orders.
Manage budgets and monitor gross profits.
Ensure all company rules and regulations are followed.
Proactively seek out improvements.
Create an amazing guest experience.
