What do we want?
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with exceptional strength and character with a 'hands on' attitude who will roll out the red carpet to deliver the finest customer service and dining experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong presence and be able to help drive and develop the team, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment, along with following our hotel processes and procedures daily. You will have a true passion for hospitality and will maintain The Swan's reputation of excellence by working in line with our values and caring about them as much as we do.
