Assistant Restaurant Manager

Assistant Restaurant manager, live in, 4 day week�required for Restaurant looking to improve the service level and�win more awards. This is a perfect position for a "Foodie" who wants to be part of the team to turn around the front of house side of the operation.� This is a�4 day week�role, covering lunch and dinners on your 4 days. It is�4 out of 7�days.��30-33k, live in is a option for this role. This is a Assistant manager role that will cover all parts however it does require someone with a food/restaurant background. This is the 3rd person in charge, they have a General Manager, a Deputy GM and this role.�

This role will look good on a CV as you will be part of the team to turn around the food service and help win more awards. If your from a foodie background with rosette's and you want be part of a winning team - this is the role for you.
The role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of your shift, you will work with the GM and Deputy GM to ensure your shift runs smoothly. You will use your foodie passion to increase the food side standards of the operation. There will be some responsibility on the drink side however it does require a foodie who will support in the running of the restaurant side.� This role will include all the normal Assistant Restaurant Manager duties you would expect in a Assistant Manager role.�
Experience

We are looking for a candidate with good food knowledge. You will be a peoples person and fine with a front facing role. You will be good communicator, good knowledge and passion. You will also have a foodie mindset and want to help to win awards. You will either be a Assistant restaurant manager or a head waiter/ess looking to step up, it would be perfect for a step up if your from a good rosette background.�
