The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering renowned, highly successful property and construction projects across the UK and worldwide.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive unrivalled industry exposure, working across a multitude of exciting sectors such as Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Leisure and Education. Working with a diverse client base and a specialist team of friendly, enthusiastic quantity surveyors.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will benefit from the firms impressive in-house structured training programme which boasts an impeccable track record helping their graduate and assistant surveyors through their APC - with a high first-time pass rate!

The office consists of 40-50 professionals across a number of disciplines such as Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying. With no shortage of senior management within the cost management team eager to provide mentorship, training and support.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Passionate about completing APC
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Previous roles may include: internship, apprenticeship, trainee, placement year
• Basic knowledge and experience in pre and post contract
