We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Southampton. The business has a huge presence in the region and undertakes projects across various sectors including commercial, education, health care and defence. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract and many are procured through local and national frameworks.

Due to a recent succession of project wins, they're now looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team, to work on a scheme in the area (within an hours' radius of Southampton). As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, procuring and managing various packages and dealing with any variations that arise. You will be involved in a project from the pre-construction phase through to final account.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with some solid working experience in the role, who's looking to join a progressive company with a secure pipeline of work on the South Coast. In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of up to �40k + Package.
