Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our Client are an experienced Main Contractor based in the Central London looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering multiple cut & carve projects ranging from £500k - £10million.

You will be working directly with the team on a daily basis so be given excellent hands on experience on running complex cut & carve projects in Central London, these projects will usually be on Grade I or II listed buildings. Your day to day tasks will involve supporting the team with cost estimations, tender analysis, project budgeting, placing orders and managing subcontractors.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a trainee/graduate surveying role preferred
Can-do attitude with positive mindset and energy
Degree in surveying and commercial management preferred
Commutable distance to London head office Monday – Friday
Strong willingness to learn and apply yourself daily to all aspects of the role.
