Job Description: As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient management of costs and procurement for our diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with our senior quantity surveyors and project teams, you will be involved in various aspects of quantity surveying, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents.
  • Conducting cost analysis and preparing estimates.
  • Monitoring project progress and costs.
  • Evaluating variations and managing change orders.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Contributing to cost control and risk management efforts.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
