Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading, award-winning construction and property maintenance company with a long-standing reputation within the industry. They deliver a wide-range of services including planned and reactive maintenance, fit-out, refurbishment, housing, education, commercial, and healthcare projects.

They are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in North Wales and work on Measured Term Refurbishment Contracts. Knowledge of MTC (Measured Term Contracts) is essential.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for assisting with the below:

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
• Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes
• Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
• Developing and nurturing subcontractor relationships, and overseeing the management of subcontract packages.

Salary and package: On offer is an excellent salary and benefits package of up to �35,000.
