Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The developer are a successful and Tier 1 business with offices and sites across the country. This role will be based out their office in North West London and be required to make site visits.

The company are a 5 star house builder and have an excellent reputation and staff and customers alike and provide excellent training, ongoing support and career progression to their staff.

As Assistant Surveyor you will be responsible for running the commercial aspects of one project that is made up of traditional build housing and low rise apartments, between Bishops Stortford and Hillingdon. You will be working under a Senior Surveyor and you will have involvement through the full life cycle of the projects. Y

The ideal candidate will come from a developer background and have experience ideally working their own projects. You will ideally be degree educated in a construction related subject.

In return they can offer up to �40,000 + Package including car or car allowance.
