Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a nationally renowned main contractor in Winchester. The business have a strong presence on the South Coast working across various sectors including healthcare, education, student accommodation and commercial with projects that value up to �100mil. Projects are administered using a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract.

Due to a recent project win, they're now looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team to work on an exciting scheme in Winchester. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Project QS to procure and manage various sub-contract packages, reporting into the Commercial Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a project at its earliest stage and see it through until handover with the client.

In return, you'll receive a salary of up to �40k (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to work for a business with real progression opportunities and a secure pipeline of work on the South Coast for years to come.
