Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This is quite simply a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, based & working in the Southampton area.

The company is�a privately owned Residential Property Developer who have been specialising�in breath taking, contemporary, designer homes�in the local area for the past 15 years. Low volume, high quality and often in affluent parts of the county.

This will be working alongside a highly skilled Commercial Manager, who is well renounced for mentoring assistants and progress them to the next level and beyond.

Day to day you will be visiting sites to measure & sign off work, processing sub contract payments and play a part in procurement and help in the creation of commercial reports.�
