This is a great opportunity for an aspiring Assistant Quantity Surveyor the develop their career in a supportive environment that is gearing up for unprecedented growth.The Role:Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;Prepare and dispatch tender packages to subcontractorsSet up job files and all necessary recordsCollate subcontractor tenders and in consultation with the Contracts Manager, award subcontractsIn conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, check and approve subcontractor claims for paymentLiaise with subcontractors to resolve queriesAssess and cost variations to contractUpdate and maintain recordsAssist with contract valuationsAssist with monthly cost/value reconciliationsTo be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:BSc in Quantity Surveying, or in the process of obtaining thisMust have 3 years previous Social Housing experienceHave excellent communication skillsMust be computer literateIf this sounds like a role that suits your profile, then feel free to get in touch
