Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + packageLocation:Region: Milton KeynesA dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa £200m have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project in Milton Keynes.The company have been around for approximately 15 years and have continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.They specialise in the delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial and infrastructure, between £5m to £30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a £20m project in Milton Keynes that comprises a 500,000 sq. ft. new build industrial warehouse and offices. The project will last for approximately 10 months and the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
