Salary £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Trafford Park
You must be able to drive and have you own vehicle due to the location.
Our client a well respected property developer based in Trafford Park is looking to recruit an Assistant Development Underwriter to work on the funding side of their business. Ideally you should have experience of property development underwriting administration, however my client will consider an excellent and experienced administrator with good head for figures and systems, in particular Excel.
You will be providing administrative support in terms of filtering and reviewing information from developers and banks, compiling product information for property development finance. Chasing all information to ensure deals go through legal and complete.
Excellent opportunity to progress to a senior development underwriter, with scope to grow the role.
What we're looking for:
Ideally an experienced assistant development / property underwriter / administrator with a sound head for figures and systems, predominantly excel.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Well organised and able to prioritise in a fast paced environment
Able to manage workload effect...
